How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact us and we'll help.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app or via Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals. Where a refund is issued for a subscription payment, access to paid features may end immediately.
