1. Who you're contracting with

These Terms are between you and Quiet Debt Club ("we", "us", the "Seller"), the operator of this website and the personal finance tools it provides ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you agree not to:

4. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, content, branding and design are owned by Quiet Debt Club and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the personal financial data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Payment and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account or via Paddle.

8. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable window before deletion.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Financial disclaimer

The Service is a personal budgeting and tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
